Saucy Pork Chops

This recipe for the Saucy Pork Chops was given in the cookbook which came along with the Hawkins Inframatic Cuisinette which I bought in 1992. I still use it.

I haven’t tested this recipe on any other appliance, but you should be able to grill the chops wrapped in aluminium foil in an OTG.

  1. Hi Kala! I have been hunting for recipes from the Inframatic… I have vivid memories of when my mum bought it and all the subsequent experiments of recipes from the accompanying booklet! In fact just yesterday I was telling a friend about barbecue chicken legs made on the Inframatic! I wonder if you would be willing to take pictures of the booklet and share them? My parents moved after I left home, and the cookbook was lost somewhere along the way. What a treat it would be to relive those memories and recipes again! Thanks in advance…
